5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

- • SkillsFuture credits and government subsidies processed according to official guidelines

Refund Policy
Full Refund: Available up to 7 days before course start date
Partial Refund (50%): Available up to 48 hours before course start date
No Refund: After course commencement, except in exceptional circumstances
Exceptional Circumstances: Medical emergencies, visa issues, or program cancellation by edgemiinnde may qualify for full or partial refunds at management discretion.

Arbitration

- • Access to course materials ends 90 days after program completion
Termination by edgemiinnde
- • Immediate termination for violations of prohibited activities
- • Academic misconduct or failure to meet course requirements
- • Non-payment of fees or violation of payment terms
- • Disruptive behavior affecting other students or instructors
- • Refund eligibility determined on case-by-case basis
Effect of Termination
- • Immediate cessation of access to course materials and platforms
- • Survival of intellectual property and confidentiality obligations
- • Outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable
- • Certificate eligibility determined based on completion status
9. Changes to Terms
edgemiinnde reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through:
